The Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce announced the 2020 Concert Series will begin on Thursday from 6:30-8 p.m. The Fat Cats will take the spotlight on Thursday, while Gunslinger will perform during an additional show on Sunday from 3-5 p.m.
“While we are excited to begin this annual event, we ask that everyone follow all CDC recommendations and PA Department of Health recommendations for a safe evening,” the chamber said in a press release.
Concert attendees should provide their own face masks, which should be worn when people are not seated or with their group.
“Also, we ask that concertgoers remember to not walk, sit or congregate within 25 feet of the train tracks,” the press release noted. “No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the property outside of the designated area at the Tamaqua Station Restaurant. The Tamaqua Station Restaurant is not affiliated with these concerts. If you would like to dine at the Tamaqua Station Restaurant, reservations are required.”
