Rush Township Police have cited two people for trespassing.

On June 9 at 7:15 p.m. police received a report of criminal trespass in the 100 block of Progress Ave.

Police found Michael Daly, 30, of McAdoo, and Tonya Neaus, 47, of Fern Glen were trespassing on private property with a motor vehicle. Both parties were cited for criminal trespass.

People are advised to heed warnings and not to trespass on private property that is posted.
