State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents:
• On May 31 at 3:25 p.m. troopers were called to a residence along South Spencer Street in West Mahanoy Township. The investigation revealed that Glenalban Lugo, of Brooklyn, New York, damaged a 65-inch television with a hammer that belonged to a 32-year-old woman at her residence. He was cited for criminal mischief.
• Robert Joseph Kelly, 26, of West Lawn, Berks County, was cited for disorderly conduct on May 30 at 11:25 a.m. at the New Ringgold Market, located at 103 Hughes St., New Ringgold. Troopers said he caused a disturbance inside the business by yelling and screaming and continued the conduct outside of the building.
• On Tuesday troopers responded to a residence along Mountain Road in Blythe Township to a report of a break-in. The 80-year-old victim reported damage to the exterior of a outbuilding on his property and also damage to equipment stored inside. The incident occurred sometime between May 31 and Tuesday at 9 a.m.
• On Tuesday troopers responded to Preston Avenue in Girardville where a 48-year-old man reported his two vehicles, a 2004 Chevrolet and a 2006 Chrysler, had soda poured on them. The incident occurred sometime between at 9:30 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.
