Nearly 430 students marked their academic success and achievements during the culmination of a weeklong virtual celebration as part of Lebanon Valley College’s 151st Commencement Saturday, May 9, 2020.

Local graduates include:

• Huntre Keip of Summit Hill received a Bachelor of Arts in English and political science, cum laude.

• Adam Salazer of McAdoo received a Bachelor of Science in accounting, cum laude.

• Patrick McMullen of Tamaqua received a Bachelor of Science in biology with departmental honors in biology and summa cum laude.

• Kailee Romanchik of Jim Thorpe received a Bachelor of Science in exercise science, magna cum laude.

• Kyle Patrick of Tamaqua received a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and molecular biology, summa cum laude.

• Rose Reid of Tamaqua received a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in music education and music, summa cum laude and summa cum laude.

• Dakota Strohl of Palmerton received a doctor of physical therapy degree.
