The following action was filed as a mortgage foreclosure for alleged default on a loan.

Wells Fargo Bank, c/o 66 Beattie Place, Greenville, South Carolina, filed an action against Hubert M. and Mary Lynn Hartz, 141 Johns Ave., Hazleton, over property at 22 E. Market St., aka, 18 E. Market St., Tresckow. Sought is $21,117.13 and continuing interest.
