A Luzerne County man is facing a drug charge following an incident in Rush Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Larry James Summers, 25, of Hazleton, was stopped in the area of the Dunkin’ Donuts at 10:47 a.m. on Monday. He was found in possession of illegal substances, troopers said.
