Officials are on the scene of a crime on the 600 block of E. Patterson Street in Lansford where there were multiple fatalities.

Lansford Chief Jack Soberick said the incident was isolated to that home and there is no risk to the community. He did not specify how many people were killed.

The Carbon County Coroner’s Office, District Attorney, County Detectives and Emergency Management Agency were on scene, as well as the Pa. State Police Troop N Forensic Services Unit.
