State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the following incidents:

• Troopers said someone dumped televisions, air conditioning units and other miscellaneous items along Rock Road near Burnhams Road, in Washington Township. The items were found at 7:49 a.m. on April 27.

Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-754-4600.

• Police reported investigating a theft by deception/impersonation incident in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said at 11:44 a.m. April 20 they responded to the Dollar General Store along Laudemans Lane, in Branch Township, for an incident. Troopers said a 59-year-old woman from Tremont was contacted by someone posing as her boas. The person requested the victim to purchase between $400 and $500 in iTunes and eBay. She purchased $200 in iTune gift cards. She was made aware of the situation and was refunded her money.

The investigation is continuing.
