Two people were issued citations for harassment with physical contact after state police at the Hazleton barracks were summoned at 5:23 p.m. April 24 to a site along the Quakake Road in Packer Township.

Police said a 32-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, both from Weatherly, were involved in a domestic dispute.
