State police at the Bethlehem barracks were summoned to Kidspeace, 5300 Kidspeace Drive, North Whitehall Township, on April 25 to investigate an incident of harassment involving a 16-year-old girl who is a resident there.

Police said they cited the girl for harassment by physical contact after she harassed a 23-year-old woman from Slatedale, between 8:30-9 p.m.
