Scott H. Madden, 49, of Stroudsburg, was transported to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono, East Stroudsburg, after a one-vehicle crash at at 4:14 a.m. April 22 on Route 715 at Smith Hill Road in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said he was driving a 2007 Toyota Rav4 northbound when it drove off the right shoulder of the road, hit a ditch and rolled onto its roof.

Police said Madden was treated at the scene by the West End EMS squad personnel and transported to the hospital.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
