Around 6 p.m. police requested assistance for fluids down near the top of the Broad Mountain in Nesquehoning. The New Columbus Fire Company arrived on scene to find a tractor-trailer disabled partway into the northbound lane leaking oil. Multiple containers of absorbent were used underneath the tractor and along the shoulder of the road. Crews provided traffic control until Zenier Towing cleared the roadway.
