A 2004 Dodge Neon driven by Jeovanne Gomez, 27, of Tresckow, overturned after it crashed at 10:42 a.m. March 12 on Route 309 in Lynn Township.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks said he sustained suspected minor injuries but refused medical treatment at the scene. He was cited for careless driving.

Police said Gomez was traveling north when the car left the right side of the road and struck a rock, causing it to overturn and come to an uncontrolled halt about 25 feet from the point of impact with the rock.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
