A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on Feb. 14 about 7:27 a.m.

State police at Lehighton said troopers were dispatched to a residence along Forest Inn Road in Lower Towamensing Township for a report of a neighbor hitting a vehicle.

During the investigation it was discovered that Keith Else, 37, of Aquashicola, punched the driver side window of a vehicle owned by a 40-year-old man from Aquashicola.

Else was issued a nontraffic citations for disorderly conduct, troopers said.
