State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a vandalism incident that happened between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. Feb. 1 in Lynn Township.

The victim is a 54-year-old Kempton man who reported someone vandalized his 2004 Dodge Dakota by putting scratches on it while it was parked along Behler Road.
