State police at Frackville reported investigating a one-vehicle crash about 6:11 a.m. on Monday along Progress Avenue in Rush Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Pedro A. Ramos Jr., 23, of Vineland, New Jersey, was operating a 2008 Acura when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole along the berm.

Ramos was not injured but the vehicle was towed. He was cited for the crash.
