Immanuel Christian School is offering parents the opportunity to “be a kindergarten student” in the classroom.

Every other Friday after that, Immanuel Christian School will be offering the Experience Kindergarten Project from 7:45 to 9:30 a.m. There is a limit of no more than three parents each Friday and all attendees must pre-register.

Parents will have the opportunity to experience the students’ morning routines, circle time, and morning academic work, including ICS’s unique approach to phonics, followed by a tour of the newly remodeled school at 40 W Hemlock St in Hazleton.

Immanuel Christian School offers full-day kindergarten and serves students through 12th grade.

Busing is available through several school districts including Hazleton, Berwick, Weatherly, Crestwood, Tamaqua and Mahanoy City.
