An oversized wide-load truck carrying heavy equipment used in the mining industry turns from East Broad Street to head northbound on North Railroad Street, Route 309, a one-way southbound, at 9 a.m. Thursday. Parking was temporarily banned for five blocks of North Railroad Street. Police, fire police and a state escort service assisted. The cargo measured 17 feet wide and 82 feet long.
