V.M. Schwartz was re-elected president of the Jim Thorpe National Bank at the annual reorganizational meeting this afternoon.

He assumed the presidency of the banking institution last year upon the resignation of attorney Alan S. Loose.

Others elected were John W. Dieckman and H.Q. Stemler, vice presidents; M.C. Bamberger, vice president of Center Street office; Gerald Jackson, cashier, secretary and trust offices; and Howard A. Deterline, assistant cashier and assistant trust officer.

Other employees of the bank are Raymond R. App, Robert N. Knappenberger, Charles A. Yaich, Susan E. Hodor, Jean M. Marzen, Evelyn M. Shanfelt, Vernon B. Jones, Cynthia A. Nothstein and Alice A. Volovski.
