Michael Sauers, a retired teacher from Pleasant Valley School District, presents Dimmick Memorial Library Director Kara Edmonds with a check for $300 in his late wife Carola’s name. Sauers has previously donated to the library to create a children’s library in her memory. Edmonds intends to use the donation toward the purchase of new young adult nonfiction books.
