Panther Valley’s boys and girls basketball teams both posted wins in action on Friday.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Panther Vy.-N. Schuylkill
Brandon Stilitino scored 23 points, including eight in the fourth quarter, as Panther Valley edged North Schuylkill, 66-64, in Schuylkill League action.
The Panthers (5-1, 1-1) also got 17 points from Blake White and 12 points from Aaron Gurierrez.
North Schuylkill (1-3, 0-2) was led by Jack Flynn’s 20 points.

Alex Ketch scored a game-high 17 points to help Blue Mountain gain a 59-27 Schuylkill League win over Lehighton.
Ketch tallied eight of his points in the first quarter as the Eagles raced to a 16-4 lead.
The Indians (3-2; 1-1) received a team-high eight points from Carter Strauss.

Panther Valley raced to a big lead and cruised to a 62-32 non-league victory over Executive Education Academy.
Erika Dubosky scored 16 of her game-high 26 points in the first half as the Panthers (3-3) built a 39-8 advantage.
Megan Pascoe hit five three-pointers in the contest and finished with 19 points, while Sera Robin contributed 14.
For Executive Education, Annjelina Ferra netted a team-high 17 points.

Owen Broskoskie’s 13 points helped Weatherly earn a 36-29 win over Nativity.
The Wreckers also received 12 points from Tanner Hinkle.
Panther Valley-Tamaqua
Stephen Hood scored 27 points to help Panther Valley defeat Tamaqua, 49-41.
The Panthers also received 14 points from Chase Weaver.
Cam Lewis led the Blue Raiders with 14 points.

Panther Valley-Tamaqua
Three Panther Valley players reached double figures in a 52-49 victory over Tamaqua.
Stephen Hood had 24 points to lead the Panthers, while Drew Kokinda tallied 11 and Chase Weaver added 10.
The Blue Raiders received a team-high 20 points from Connor Dillion.
Weatherly-Shenandoah
Weatherly dropped a 28-23 decision to Shenandoah Valley.
Ian McKeegan scored a team-high eight points for the Wreckers.
7TH GRADE
Panther Valley-Tamaqua
Noah Mateyak scored a team-high 11 points to help Tamaqua edge Panther Valley, 39-35.
The Raiders also receive eight points from Mason Ligenza, while PV’s Brady Jones led all scorers with 15 points.
