Lakeview Loan Servicing, c/o 4425 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Coral Gables, Florida, filed an action against Jonas Gostonyi, 585 Forest Inn Road, Lehighton, over property at that address. Sought is $214,296.57 and continuing interest.

U.S. Bank National Association, c/o 8950 Cypress Waters Blvd., Coppell, Texas, filed an action against Joann V. and Wendell J. Clark, Box 78, Albrightsville, over property at 1108 North Shore Drive, Albrightsville. Sought is $258,383.36 and continuing interest.

Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, c/o 15 S. Main St., Greenville, South Carolina, filed an action against Susan Weber, 532 White St., Bowmanstown, over property at that address. Sought is $97,631.10 and continuing interest.

HSBC Bank USA, c/o 3117 S. Decker Lake Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah, filed an action against Anthony Daley, 114 Chestnut Lane, Jim Thorpe, over property at that address. Sought is $488,347.31 and continuing interest.

M&T Bank, c/o One Fountain Plaza, Buffalo, New York, filed an action against Jason G. Martin, 6 W. Oak St., Tresckow, over property at that address. Sought is $127,188.63 and continuing interest.

Crash suit

Kathy and Andrew Pisulak, 800 Mahoning Mountain Road, Lehighton, filed a civil action against Zachary Strohl, 170 S. Fourth St., Lehighton, over an automobile crash.

The suit states on Nov. 11, 2017, Kathy Pisulak was operating her vehicle along Route 443 and was stopped for a traffic signal at the Carbon Plaza Mall when her vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle operated by the defendant.

Negligence is alleged against the defendant for injuries sustained, and detailed in the suit. Sought is damages in excess of $50,000 on each of two counts.
