I’d like to say why I won’t be voting for Francine Heaney, the Incumbent Clerk of Courts.

Under her watch, three properly filed motions to the court were lost. When I checked the status of said motions in person, I was informed they were lost but I could refile them. This office then tried its hardest to conceal their error by trying to take my previously stamped as FILED copies from November 2018 and would not give me copies of the refiled motions in February 2019.

After I left the office I received a phone call saying my originals were found. No, they were not found, I just handed them to you. Nice try at a save from the clerk’s office. For that reason alone my vote will go to Tyra Boni, a woman who took the time to listen to my story, concerns and the concerns of others regarding the past indiscretions of this office.
