West Penn Township supervisors took the following action on Monday:

• Granted conditional approval of the Foster Land Development Plan, contingent upon Lehigh Engineer’s report.

• Set the board’s first budget meeting will follow the 9 a.m. meeting on Monday.

• The Zoning Update Committee meeting has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 23 at the Annex.

• Trick or treat will be held in the township from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 26.
