Auto crash suit

Timothy M. Foster, 50 Molenda Circle, Lehighton, filed a civil action against Evie Roberts, 1308 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, seeking damages as the result of an automobile crash.

The suit states on Dec. 17, 2017, the plaintiff was operating a vehicle along Route 443 in Lehighton and was stopped for a traffic signal when his vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle operated by Roberts.

Negligence is alleged against the defendant for injuries and damages sustained, which are detailed in the suit. Sought is damages in excess of $50,000.
