Most brides still opt for a traditional style, Williams said.

They also offer a variety of designs including a naked cake, which is a cake without icing on the sides; rough ice, which usually includes a cascade of flowers, cactus or succulents; and those trimmed in gold.

“Gold seems to be big right now,” she said.

The Cake Pros also provide doughnuts for local organizations that want to do a fundraiser.
