Brian W. Jones, 63, of Tobyhanna, was driving a 2008 Ford F250 truck northbound and towing a small front end loader on a utility trailer.
The trailer had the left side tire blow out, causing the Ford to go off the road and down an embankment and strike a ditch. Upon impact the Ford spun 90 degrees clockwise, before coming to rest in the ditch.
