State police at Lehighton reported the following incidents:
• A 37-year-old Effort man was cited for disorderly conduct after police were summoned to an incident at 7:20 p.m. July 24 on Turkey Hill Road in Ross Township.
Police said they were called there for continuous problems. The victim is a 37-year-old woman from Saylorsburg.
• Police reported troopers responded to a residence along Lauchnor Road in East Penn Township, Carbon County, at 9:28 p.m. on July 26 for a disturbance. Michael Everett, 43, of Lehighton, was cited for defiant criminal trespass.
• On July 26 about 7:30 a.m. troopers responded to a residence located along Peach Road in Polk Township, Monroe County, for a burglary report. Upon arrival troopers met with the residence owner. An investigation was conducted and the stolen property, an Apple iPad with Otterbox case, valued at $300, was recovered. Remco Inc., of Allentown, is the listed owner of the property.
• On July 26 troopers responded to a residence along Hemlock Street in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County. The property owners, a 33-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, reported damage to the front window of the residence by BB pellets shot at it. Damages were estimated at $1,825.
