State police report the following incidents:
• State police at Frackville reported investigating a two-vehicle crash about 2 p.m. on July 15 at the intersection of Red Dale Road and Rabbit Run Road, in East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County.
Troopers said Sherwood J. Dreher, 86, of Schuylkill Haven, driving a 2017 Ford Fusion, proceeded without proper clearance into the intersection from Red Dale Road. His vehicle struck a 2019 Mercedes-Benz driven by Indu Paul, 62, of Orwigsburg, who was northbound on Rabbit Run Road.
Paul sustained injuries and was treated at the scene. Dreher was not injured. Troopers were assisted at the scene by New Ringgold Fire Company fire police members.
Troopers cited Dreher for stop signs and yield signs.
• State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an incident in which a vehicle was damaged by a pellet gun or similar item.
Troopers said a 69-year-old male from Tower City reported his 2007 GMC Sierra truck was damaged while parked in a wooded are just north of his residence along North Fifth Street when it was shot with a pellet gun causing damages. The incident occurred sometime between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday.
• A domestic incident has led to charges being filed.
State police at Frackville said troopers were dispatched to a parking lot along Phinneyville Road in East Union Township, Schuylkill County, about 6:45 a.m. on Friday for a domestic argument involving a husband and wife.
Troopers said the husband, Alberto Cabrera, 52, of Hazle Township, Luzerne County, pushed his wife out of the passenger seat of the family car during the argument. Troopers said Cabrera will be cited for harassment - physical contact.
