During a meeting Wednesday, the Schuylkill County Commissioners approved the following personnel changes:

In Tax Assessment/Tax Claim, the promotion of Kathleen Gillespie, Pottsville, to program coordinator, from clerk typist 1, at a rate of $14.98 per hour.

In Children & Youth, the promotion of Noreen Hobbs, Pottsville, from county caseworker 1 to county caseworker 2, at a rate of $19.44 per hour.
