State police at Frackville are investigating a criminal mischief incident that occurred in Walker Township.

Troopers said a 48-year-old man from River Road, Tamaqua, reported someone tried to pry open the driver door on his 2005 Toyota Corolla that was parked in his driveway.

Troopers said the victim believes the incident occurred around midnight of July 8 and 9.
