A driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 2:01 p.m. on July 11 along Mount Eaton Road in Ross Township, Monroe County.

State police at Lehighton said Sultan Ozturk, 42, of Saylorsburg, was operating a 2007 Toyota Corolla southbound when he lost control of the vehicle. The car went onto the berm and then into a yard where it rotated clockwise and landed in a ditch before flipping onto its left side.

A boy, age 7, and a girl, age 5, were passengers in the car. No one was injured. The vehicle was towed.

Troopers cited Ozturk for driving a vehicle at a unsafe speed.
