A Lackawanna County man is being sought as a suspect in a stabbing incident in Monroe County that occurred on July 12.
Pocono Mountain Regional police responded at 1:25 a.m. to Route 115 in front of the Austin T. Blakeslee recreation area. On scene officers found the victim with multiple stab wounds to the abdomen, ribs and back. The suspect was identified as Kevin Mackenzie Price, 30, of Scranton. He fled the scene in a black Nissan sedan.
He should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
He is facing charges of aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a weapon, both felonies; and two counts each of misdemeanor charges of simple assault and possessing an instrument of crime.
