Tax collector’s office

The office of Summit Hill Tax Collector Kathleen Crampsie will be closed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, July 2, 3 and 4.

Regular office hours will resume on July 9, from 4:30-7 p.m., July 10, 9:30 a.m.-noon, and July 11, 4:30-7 p.m.

Senior Center

The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of July 1-5 is:

Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli, cottage cheese with berries

Tuesday: Chicken leg, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, fresh melon

Wednesday: Pork and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, carrots, baked apples

Thursday: Closed

Friday: Corn chowder, franks & beans, broccoli slaw, Greek yogurt

The Panther Valley Senior Center has announced upcoming events for July 1-12.

Family Feud on July 1 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on July 2 at 11 a.m.; Scattergories on July 3 at 11 a.m.; Center closed on July 4; Minute to Win It on July 5 at 10:30 a.m.

Nickel-Keeno on July 8 at 11 a.m.; Kid’s Summer School Program here on July 9 at 9:30 a.m., coffee and donuts for the early birds, followed by Horse racing at 11 a.m.; Penny Game on July 10 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on July 11 at 11 a.m.; Sunshine Meeting on July 12 at 10:15 a.m. followed by Trivia at 11 a.m.
