Nesquehoning VFW Commander Matt DeHart presents the Teacher of the Year award to Ralph Clay recently at the Jim Thorpe Penn-Kidder campus. Accompanied by school Principal David McAndrew Jr. and Assistant Principal Randy Engle. The VFW has been awarding several people with honors over the past few months.
