North team has slim lead in Carbon senior games
With two days of competition complete, North Carbon County is holding onto a small lead. But with the South Carbon County seniors following close behind, it’s still anyone’s game.
The standings are North Carbon County: Jim Thorpe with 123 points; Panther Valley with 99 points; and Weatherly with 29 points, for a combined team score of 251 and South Carbon County: Lehighton with 152 points and Palmerton with 88 points, for a combined team score of 240.
