Palmerton clinched a District 11 playoff berth with a 10-0 Colonial League victory over Salisbury.
Zach Silfies (three hits, one run, one RBI); Tyler Roe (three hits, two RBIs); Ben Serfass (two hits, one run, one RBI) and Eric Nothstein (two hits, two runs, two RBIs) all had big games for the Bombers.

Ryan Purgar sparked the Bears’ offense with a single, double and two RBs, while Nick Ciszak finished with two singles, a run scored and an RBI.

Pottsville rode the pitching of Trevor Sherakas to a 3-0 Schuylkill League victory over Lehighton.
Sherakas worked into the seventh inning before being relieved. He struck out nine and allowed just four hits.
Mike Bozilesky, Lucas Sanguiliano, Randy Bongiorno and Zach Crum all had singles for the Indians.

Tamaqua, which jumped out to a 3-0 first-inning lead, was led by Ally Frederick and Miranda Chinchar, who both had a single and a run scored.
