Burnett crushes a three-run homer to dead center in the first inning to give the Bears, coached by Jeff Kashner, an early lead. Yost delivers a two-run double in the third to widen the advantage before blasting a two-run homer in the sixth. Burnett and Yost both finish the contest with three hits and four RBIs. Jay Borger, George Fischer and Buddy Balliet combine on a four-hitter with Borger picking up the win.
