Route 895 in East Brunswick Township was closed due to a crash Friday morning after a truck driver swerved to avoid a deer. The man was traveling west about a mile east of New Ringgold when he lost control, crossing the roadway and mounting a set of guide rails. The truck came to rest on the roadway with three flat tires, a broken driveshaft and a broken rear axle. The driver was not injured. State police are investigating the incident.
