Tractor Supply Company in partnership with national 4-H Council has launched its spring 4-H Paper Clover Campaign.
This semiannual fundraising campaign runs through April 7.
Shoppers will have the opportunity to support their local 4-H program by choosing to purchase the paper clovers for a $1 or more at the checkouts.
Ninety percent of the funds come back to the Carbon County 4-H program. The donation provides opportunities to enable youth to attend camp, conferences and other leadership programs.
Now in its ninth year, TSC and 4-H have raised over $12 million. The 2018 fall initiative raised $2 million, impacting 14,000 members.
The 4-H Paper Clover Campaign exposes youth to 4-H experiences, hands-on learning, and empowers them to become productive citizens and lifelong leaders.
Shoppers are invited to stop by the TSC in Lehighton from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday to purchase clovers. The 4-H Ambassadors and the 4-H Program Development Committee will be selling baked goods, hot dogs and drinks with all the proceeds going to the Rachel Hoffmeier 4-H Scholarship Fund.
