State police at Lehighton reported investigating a one-vehicle crash at 8:23 p.m. Feb. 16 along South Dieters Hill Road in East Penn Township, Carbon County.

Troopers said Danielle A. Uyvari, 34, of Lehighton, was driving a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander southbound and going too fast for conditions while negotiating a left curve going downhill. The vehicle left the road and traveled down an embankment before rolling over and coming to rest in a creek on its roof.

Troopers said Uyvari sustained a minor injury but did not require immediate medical attention.

She was cited for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.
