Democratic Club

The Jim Thorpe Democratic Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Molly McGuire’s Pub. All Democratic candidates are welcome to attend.

Class 1964

Members of the class of 1964 of Jim Thorpe High School will meet for lunch on Wednesday, weather permitting, at Dom ’N Ali’s Restaurant, Route 903. Members are to check their emails/Facebook messages in case of a cancellation.

Community dinner

The free community dinner sponsored by St. Mark’s Episcopal Church will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at 21 Race St. The menu for this month is beef stew.
