Troopers at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a theft from a Bowmanstown residence.

A 62-year-old Bowmanstown man and a 59-year-old Bowmanstown woman reported to police that sometime between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Jan. 19 $400 in cash was stolen from their Ore Street residence.

The investigation is continuing.
