Fire crews from several departments were on scene Sunday night at the Lehighton Hi-Rise.

The call came in around 7:30 p.m.  The fire broke out on the top floor, according to reports on the scene. Residents did not have to be evacuated.

he fire is under control, but crews are ventilating, according to scanner reports.
