Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:
Terroristic threats:
Christopher Smith, 32, Palmerton, was charged with terroristic threats and two counts of harassment, for an incident on Dec. 27 in the 400 block of Columbia Avenue.
Possessing instruments of crime:
Mandi Reiss, 40, Palmerton, was charged with simple assault and possessing instruments of crime, for an incident on Dec. 1 in the 700 block of Princeton Avenue.
Disorderly conduct:
Thomas Tsirlemes Jr., 30, Lehighton, was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct, for an incident on Dec. 3 in the 400 block of State Road.
Counterfeit documents:
Christopher Tomsic, 26, Palmerton, was charged with altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates, for an incident on Sept. 27 in the 900 block of Edgemont Avenue.
Possession of drug paraphernalia:
James Hubbard, 28, Wilkes-Barre, was charged with false ID to law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance for an incident on Dec. 9 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.
DUI:
Travis Workman, 29, Palmerton, was charged with DUI, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, and duty to give information and render aid, for an incident April 2 at Delaware Avenue and Fifth Street.
Joshua Barlip, 27, Palmerton, was charged with DUI and general lighting requirements for an incident on March 11 at State Road and Delaware Avenue.
Theft by unlawful taking:
Craig Balliet, 50, Bowmanstown, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incident on Nov. 29 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
Citations:
Police also issued three citations each for speeding and traffic violations, two for vehicle violations, and one for (violating) borough code.
