Saritza Pereira-Davila, 30, of Tobyhanna, is facing charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct as a result of an assault incident that was reported to Pocono Mountain Regional Police at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 18. The incident took place in the parking lot at Mama Maria’s Pizza on Route 611.

Police said the victim is a woman who said Pereira-Davila pulled her down by her hair, assaulted and threatened her. Police said injuries were observed on the victim.
