State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported on the following incidents:

• Two Nesquehoning women were the victims of a theft that happened between 3:30-4:35 p.m. Dec. 18 at Excape Hair Design Studio, Hamilton Boulevard, Allentown. State police said someone smashed the passenger-side front window of a vehicle owned by one of the women and then stole a purse containing miscellaneous credit cards owned by the second victim.

• State police are also investigating the theft of property from vehicles that were entered along Edelweiss Road, Weisenberg Township, between 4 p.m. Dec. 6 and 11 a.m. Dec. 8. The victim is a 70-year-old New Tripoli woman, who told police someone entered her vehicles and stole the property.
