At least one person was injured Friday evening in a crash in West Penn Township. The crash occurred shortly before 5 p.m. at the intersection of Routes 309 and 895 in the village of Snyders. It involved two vehicles, one which left the roadway coming to rest on a lawn at the northwest corner of the intersection. The second vehicle came to rest in a commercial lot. A woman in the car on the lawn was treated at the scene by members of the Penn Mahoning ambulance and Lehighton paramedics before being transported to a hospital trauma center.
