Brian Moscoso, 18, of Jim Thorpe, was charged by Upper Macungie Township police with possession of a controlled substance after an incident on Nov. 24 along Lone Lane in Allentown.

Police said he was stopped for a trespassing violation, after which time he was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics.
