Palmerton’s Madison Martinez will attend Ithaca College, where she will be a member of the track and field team.

Martinez has enjoyed a stellar career at Palmerton. She owns the school record in the 300 meter hurdles, and has been team MVP the past three seasons. The senior has also collected league and district medals during her career.

In addition to the 300 hurdles, Martinez also competes in the 100 hurdles and with the 400 and 1600 meter relay teams. She is a member of the varsity soccer team as well.

Martinez is a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Aevidum and Future Business Leaders of America.

The daughter of Michael and Melissa Martinez, Madison will study Exercise Science for Physician’s Assistant.
